Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

 

These Terms and Conditions set out the agreement between B3 RESIDENCE (the "Property") and you (the "Guest"). By making a reservation and staying with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Booking Policy

​

  • Reservations can be made online, by phone, or in person.

  • A booking is confirmed once we receive a deposit of 30% of the total cost.

  • The full balance must be paid no later than 14 days prior to arrival.

  • All rates are subject to change until a booking is confirmed.

  • We reserve the right to decline any booking at our sole discretion.

3. Payment Terms

​

  • Accepted payment methods: bank transfer or cash payments.

  • All outstanding balances must be cleared before check-in.

4. Cancellation Policy

​

  • 15 days or more before arrival: Full refund minus a small administration fee.

  • 8–14 days before arrival: 70% refund of total accommodation charge.

  • 7 days or less before arrival: No refund.

  • Cancellations must be made in writing.

5. Security Deposit

​

  • A refundable breakage deposit of Rs. 25,000 will be required before check-in the Apartment

  • The deposit covers any damages or excessive cleaning.

  • Refunds are processed within 7 days after check-out if no issues are found.

​

6. Occupancy Rules

​

  • Only the guests listed in the booking are permitted to stay.

  • No parties, events, or unauthorized visitors allowed.

  • Maximum occupancy limits must be respected.

  • Quiet hours must be observed between 10 PM and 7 AM.

7. Check-In and Check-Out

​

  • Check-in time: From 1:00 PM

  • Check-out time: By 11:00 AM

  • Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee and must be confirmed in advance.

8. Property Features and Guest Responsibilities

​

  • Apartments include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, access to washing machine in the building and private entrance.

  • Guests are responsible for keeping the property clean and reporting any damage.

  • Guests must not engage in illegal activities on the premises.

9. Safety and Security

​

  • The property is monitored by exterior CCTV cameras for security purposes.

  • Guests are responsible for securing their personal belongings.

  • B3 RESIDENCE is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

10. Pets and Smoking

​

  • Pets are not allowed inside the apartments.

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments. Designated outdoor smoking areas may be available.

​

11. Facilities and Services

​

  • Twice-weekly housekeeping service is included for long-term stays.

  • Basic utilities (electricity, gas, water) and Wi-Fi are included.

  • Extra services like additional cleaning can be requested for an additional fee.

12. Liability

​

  • We are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during your stay.

  • Guests must have their own travel insurance to cover personal risks.

13. Force Majeure

​

  • We cannot accept liability or pay compensation for events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, civil unrest, government action).

​

14. Amendments

​

  • B3 RESIDENCE reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

  • Updated terms will always be available on our website.
