Refund Policy

At B3 RESIDENCE, we understand that travel plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent while helping us manage bookings efficiently.

📅 Cancellation and Refund Terms

 

✔️ 15 days or more before arrival

  • You will receive a full refund, minus a small administration fee.

✔️ 8–14 days before arrival

  • You will receive a 70% refund of the total accommodation charge.

❌ 7 days or less before arrival

  • No refund will be issued.

  • All cancellations must be made in writing via email or official message.

  • Refunds are processed within 7 working days after receiving your written cancellation.

  • Any payment processing or bank charges are non-refundable.
